Refunds and Damages

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, we have a no questions asked returns policy for orders returned within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that this does not apply to products that are damaged. If for any reason your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns

We strongly advise you to return the items from outside of Singapore via courier or registered mail. Note that you will have to bear the cost of the shipping, handling and all duties in respect of the return. Of course, if we by any chance have made a mistake in your order, we will pick up the tab for the return and replace the item as soon as possible. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Please do obtain in advance our approval before incurring any costs.

Please note that we will only normally offer partial refunds on any opened or partially used products, unless of course the product is faulty. All questions and disputes regarding returns will be resolved by Ecoliv Asia Pte Ltd at its absolute discretion.
