How can I use an
Offer Code online?
To redeem special offers, customers must select the
offer code box on the shopping cart page and then enter
the offer code(s) at checkout. After entering offer
code(s), offer adjustments will be made to eligible
orders at checkout. Offers do not apply to shipping

What is your Returns
Policy?
Refunds, upon approval, will be credited in the same
form as they were paid if an item is returned within
7 days of purchase. If for any reason your order arrives
damaged, please notify us via email:
within 48 hours of delivery.
How can I check the
status of my order?
To check the status of your web order, just click on
the Order Status link at the bottom of every page. Please
remember that you must be a registered customer and
signed in to your account.
When checking on
the status of my order I received an "In Process" message.
What does that mean?
"In Process" means that we are currently attending to
your order. Changes to your order cannot be made during
this time, but you can always write to us:
to make a return or exchange once your order has arrived.
Do I have to pay
for delivery?
We offer free delivery service for purchase above $200
(within Singapore only). Otherwise, the usual delivery
fee is $10. For express delivery or special delivery
requests, there will be a surcharge of $10.
